This not-for-profit corporation was established when OCASA became a sponsor to the CAAT Pension Plan in 2000, giving administrators an official vehicle for representation and appointment to the Board. The corporation members meet annually, usually in conjunction with the OCASA Annual General Meeting. Appointments to the CAAT Pension Plan committees are confirmed at these meetings, along with the presentation of their reports. The Board of Directors is comprised of 12 OCASA members, and is the same board the oversees OCASA.
VACANCY: OCASA is now advertising for a 3-year appointment to the CAAT Pension Plan Board of Trustees.
