With everything else that we are challenged with at start up, we also need to  prepare and submit a pandemic plan. This is truly important, but there is no sense in reinventing the wheel. If someone out there has a plan ready it could be shared as a framework for those just starting. We all have our own unique challenges but the theory should be the same. Any tips, queries could be added to this discussion.
