Key Performance Indicators are annual measurement of performances of Ontario Colleges. The Fall 2009 edition of COLLEGE ADMINISTRATOR, takes a look at the KPIs, what they were set up to do, how they perform, and reports what some see as possible improvements in this annual report card.

COLLEGE ADMINISTRATOR is delivered to all administrators (and to College Presidents) and the Boards of Governors twice each year. The Fall Edition 2009 is now available in colleges.  Members should receive their copy in the mail. Enquire at the OCASA office if you’ve missed your copy.
